Vertex Connects^TM is a program for people who have been prescribed a Vertex gene therapy, and their loved ones. After enrolling in Vertex Connects, you will be put in touch with a Care Manager—an extended member of your support network who can help provide educational resources throughout your gene-therapy journey.

Vertex Connects is committed to working with Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) throughout the journey with a Vertex gene therapy. We're here to help coordinate the order management process for healthcare providers, including order management logistics and communications, and will also help provide educational information and resources to patients.
